Legacy (not of the master)

This is my first stab at a diverse Monarch deck including The Legacy.  It's a real hodge-podge, but shows a couple of interesting things.  First, The Legacy can gain you some power, and at 0-cost, might even be worth it in a deck that doesn't add random cards just for the designator.  The Edges go real well with The Legacy -- they are hard to remove, useful in themselves, and help generate power.  Finally, this deck shows how weak Thunder is -- I really should tune the deck a lot more around the better cards, and not try to overly balance the designators.
