There's no beating around the bush -- this deck is bad. But, it's a work in progress, so it might have some kernels in it that grow into something.
It has the State-based-deck problem -- either you have a bunch of characters and no states, or a hand full of states and no characters. This is compounded by the Vehicle restriction. This deck really lacks punch through, and really could use a couple more big hitters and a couple more Golden Comebacks, but that would change the focus of the deck.
